Your print shop items come with many features that would normally cost 70% more. The average cost of
professional invitations for instance is around $500.00 or more. You are entitled to use any images of your
choice and design your products exactly the way you want.  There are no logo charges, plate charges or
additional color charges. You pay one price for your products and may design them the way you want. Your
finished design should be emailed to DJ Chris Englert to allow the best transfer to my software. It is also
recommended that you also send along the images or artwork separately in addition to your finished design.
This will ensure the best quality and will allow me to edit the actual images if necessary before adding them
to your final design. I recommend using the jpeg format for your image files as it is the most flexible. You
may also submit gif images as well.

The turn around time for printed products is 6 weeks prior to your event date for invitations and two weeks
for all other items except for Thank You Cards and Save The Date Cards, which are processed and delivered
as soon as possible. The reason for this practice is simply that plans change as well as dates and or
locations. By sending your order closer to the day of your event, we can make any changes that are
necessary before production. Once your printed products go into production, they cannot be changed or
canceled for any reason. Because of this it is very important that all of the information is 100% accurate. If
you wish to have your items shipped as soon as possible, you may request this however you accept the fact
that reprints will not be honored due to a change in your information, or design.

Before any items go into production, you will receive a color proof for review. Once you approve the
design, you are agreeing to pay the amount due for the items and approving the design for production. If
you are unhappy with the finished product due to an obvious printing error or malfunction, you can request
to have the items reprinted at no extra cost. No refunds will be issued for any printed items. If there is not
enough time to allow for a reprint, you will be issued a store credit for the amount paid for the defective
items. This credit will remain in your account until it has been used and may be used at any time. In most
cases, time is not an issue. Most reprints can be done immediately and delivered in just a few days. In the
past 6 years that these printed products have been available, there has never been a reprint request due to
poor quality.

DJ Chris Englert is pleased to be able to offer you 100% custom designing of your products however by
submitting your design and artwork for production you agree that you are legally entitled to use the
artwork. DJ Chris Englert does not verify the rights to any designs or artwork therefore if you use a design
or image that you do not have the rights to, you will be responsible for the consequences if any. Most
designs will explicitly indicate if they are restricted so please keep this in mind when searching online. If
you are unable to find any of your own artwork, DJ Chris Englert will be happy to design one for you at no
cost for your approval.

Payment Policy - Upon approval of your design, you will be required to submit payment in full before
production begins with one exception. If you have an active reservation for an upcoming event, you will only
be required to pay 50% plus the cost of delivery. The remaining balance will be charged to your account and
will be due with your remaining entertainment balance. Please see your Service Agreement for additional
